Terms of Service

AyaInterview is an interview preparation and live assistance service made by Work Mates LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website, web application and optional Windows companion.

The product helps you prepare and practice, draft complete spoken answers, work through coding questions, and review session transcripts. You can provide a resume or job posting for preparation, or use general interview assistance.

Live features use audio transcription and AI-generated text. Coding suggestions are not represented as executed or tested code. AyaInterview does not find jobs or submit job applications on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping information you provide true and current, and for having permission to upload or share it. Generated answers are drafts, not verified statements about your experience. Review them before using them in your own name.

AI can make mistakes or suggest examples that do not describe your experience. Do not present invented credentials, employers or achievements as your own. Review and test generated code in an appropriate development environment before relying on it.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permission to capture or transcribe other people's speech and for following applicable recording rules, employer requirements and meeting policies.

Some interviews or assessments do not allow AI assistance. Check the rules before using live guidance. Optional screen-capture exclusion depends on the operating system and meeting software; it is not a promise that assistance is invisible or undetectable.

Employers decide who they interview and hire. We do not guarantee a job offer, assessment result, answer accuracy or uninterrupted service. Audio capture and transcription can be affected by devices, permissions, networks and third-party services.

Please do not:

• Impersonate another person or use information you have no right to share.
• Share your account, resell the service or bypass usage limits.
• Attack, scrape or misuse the service, or use it to break applicable law or assessment rules.

We may pause or close accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Features may have limits on interview time and AI requests. The app shows available allowances. Processing attempts, including a bounded recovery attempt, can use an allowance even if a provider fails or the response is interrupted.

Paid purchases are currently disabled in the public product. If purchases become available, review the price, allowance, renewal, cancellation and refund information presented before purchasing. Payment processing will use Stripe. Contact workmatesllc@workmatesgo.com with billing questions.

You retain ownership of the information you provide. Available account and transcript controls help you review your data; contact us for export or deletion assistance. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains processing for this product.

We work to keep AyaInterview running, but it is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost job opportunities, employer decisions or errors in generated suggestions.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you and show a notice in the app before the change takes effect.
